Great experience! I own a rental in Gatlinburg, and had an AC outage call early on a Saturday. I found this company on Yelp and called hoping they would be able to get out on a weekend. They got to us within a few hours, and diagnosed and fixed the problem. Super pleased with the communication and flexibility 🙂

Definitely find a small, local company to do your work instead. I have used one service pros in the past to tune up our heat pump/ac unit and was very pleased. We then had a leak in a water valve behind our refrigerator that goes to our ice maker. They came out and gave us an estimate to repair & replace that was $361. When I called them back to schedule the repair ONE MONTH later, they came back and said it was going to be $509! When I questioned the price difference, they said it was because they didn’t have the parts on the truck to fix it. I’m not sure how that is my fault, since they already had the original estimate saying exactly what needed to be done. The wall was open so all they would have to do was remove it and replace it. I paid their $49 “Dispatch Fee” and told them I’d have someone else do it. The parts at Lowe’s and Home Depot are $20-45. We called a local plumber who charged us $209 to fix it and he replace the line going to the refrigerator, which they were not going to do. When I called back to ask about the price difference, I was told their Plumbing lead would call me back. I never got a call back.
Great customer centric and team effort. Amber, Scheduling Director, correctly assessed our needs for a water heater issue. She sent Dakota, who was very versed in his knowledge of water heater functions. He determined it was an electrical opportunity and Amber resent their educated Electrical technician, Charlie Pierson. Charlie was very friendly. He appeared to be very honest with the pricing and what we needed to correct our issue. Charlie completed the work in 28 minutes and was very efficient. Great teamwork by the One Service Pros!
Charlie was outstanding. If I have another electrical issue I want him to solve it. He was professional, affable and competent. What else can you ask for as a customer?

Amazing Service! Dakota went above and beyond to make sure my plumbing was all taken care of, even more than I had called about because he found some other things that were not done properly when my house was built. I will definitely be using this company in the future again if ever needed.

Charlie was great! He was polite and professional every moment he was here. While showing him the wiring underneath the house… he noted the old wire that ran to the prior stove. He checked it and found that it was hot. He immediately cut the power and explained the situation.He explained everything he was doing and made sure I agreed with any cosmetic changes that needed to be done.I am very satisfied with the work that was done and will be calling your company for any services you can handle.
